Sierra Ware, an elementary educator, teacher leader, and advocate in Houston, Texas, boasts seven years of diverse roles, including team lead, leadership and innovation team member, and her current position as a classroom culture specialist. Recently named Teacher of the Year, she earned her degrees from Albany State and Columbus State Universities. Beyond teaching, Sierra founded Millennials in Education, a nonprofit empowering educators through training, development, and fostering community support.
